An AI portal for enterprise knowledge and investigation.

Incident records, source code and technical documentation provide different parts of the knowledge needed to understand an Order Management System. New team members need that context to learn the platform, while business and technical teams need it to investigate defects and evaluate next steps.

I built an AI-enabled web portal that connects these information sources through Model Context Protocol (MCP). The portal brings the sources into an AI-assisted workflow for learning, investigation and decision support.

This work sits alongside my responsibility for OMS technical delivery and coordination, including production-support priorities, releases, change requests, team capacity and modernization planning.

• Incident systems: operational issues and their recorded context.
• Source code: implementation details relevant to understanding system behavior.
• Documentation: technical and functional information used by the team.

• Onboarding: helping new members explore the information needed to understand the platform.
• Business decision support: making technical and operational context available when evaluating business questions.
• Defect investigation: bringing relevant source material into the analysis of bugs and unexpected behavior.
