I'm Leandro Mazer, a Solution Architect and AI Tech Lead based in Milan, Italy. My career began in banking systems in 2011 and developed across application support, solution architecture, incident management, service delivery and technical leadership.
I have worked across Europe and Latin America, connecting client requirements with the teams and systems responsible for implementation and production. Today, my work at Amdocs spans concurrent assignments for Vodafone Italy and Proximus Belgium.
What connects my experience#
Architecture, delivery and operations are closely connected in my work. I have designed solutions, coordinated critical incidents, managed teams and built tools that help people investigate complex systems.
That combination shapes my interest in applied AI: practical tools that make source code, documentation and operational information more useful to the people making decisions.
Building beyond enterprise work#
I also create independent products. MyCommunity focuses on local connections for expatriates, while myTournUp brings tournament discovery and automated monitoring to tennis.
These projects give me another perspective on product definition, full-stack implementation and the decisions involved in building software around a concrete user need.
