End-to-end solution design and delivery for Claro Puerto Rico, bringing architecture, analysis and release planning together through production deployment.
Context#
The transformation program covered Ordering Capture, Ordering Handling and One Catalog. Delivery required alignment across solution scope, implementation planning and production deployment.
My contribution#
I led end-to-end solution design and delivery and managed and mentored four Business Analysts and Product Owners. I partnered with the Program Manager on release planning, prioritization and go-live strategy.
Delivery responsibilities#
- Defined and aligned solution scope across the program's ordering and catalog capabilities.
- Led client discussions on scope, cost estimates and capacity.
- Coordinated solution priorities with release planning and production deployment.
- Governed implementation risks, timelines and delivery commitments.
Outcome#
The program was successfully deployed to production, with my contribution spanning solution design, team leadership and delivery coordination.
US$10M refers to the program's value, not an individually managed budget or personal revenue.
